	Here I'll try to keep you updated on what is going on in my life. 2008-09 Season April 23rd-May 13th, 2009... Check out my blog from the 2009 World Championships in Switzerland. We didn't finish as high as we wanted, but it was a good effort from everyone. February 13th, 2009... Hey everyone, I'm back - not only on the ice, but with my new website! We're still working on linking and adding everything, so bear with us as we make the switch. Sorry about the delay and lack of updating in the past few months, but with my injury I was focused on getting better faster and using the down time to spend time with my family. Check out the video below of my shootout goal against the Islanders from February 10. It's great to be back on the ice contributing to the team and pushing for a playoff spot. Those two points were important and it was a pretty successful road trip as we went 4-1-0 out East. I also dropped the gloves against Sam Gagner of the Edmonton Oilers on February 14. We're fighting for a playoff spot and have to do whatever we can to get our points. I appreciate all the support from my family, friends, and of course fans. I couldn't do this without you. The 2008-09 season is just around the corner and I can't wait for a fresh start in my sophomore season. We have a new coach, while adding some players and losing other guys, but those things happen in the new NHL. I feel I'm ready to step up and take on a larger role with the team and I've been training really hard this summer to prepare and earn the opportunity. Check out my pregame workout that was featured on "Fit to be King." Training camp is almost done and then the fun begins. Also, ESPN.com recently released an article that I was mentioned in.
